Shipping Charges
We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
There are no additional shipping charges regardless of your order value.

Delivery Address

MASARIMA will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed because:

- Incorrect address or PIN code
- Incorrect contact details
- Delivery is refused
the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.
If reshipment is requested, additional shipping charges may apply.
Delayed Deliveries

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

- Incorrect
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please share:
- Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the outer packaging
- Shipping label
- A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may not be approved.
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement of the same product.
Replacement Shipping
Approved replacement orders are shipped free of charge.
Replacement products are generally dispatched within 24–48 business hours after claim approval.
International Shipping
Currently, MASARIMA ships only within India.
International shipping services are not available at this time.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
